How Much Notice? Planning a wedding, or organising your school formal, involves a lot of time and energy. Ensure you are not disappointed by booking too late. We currently have confirmed bookings up to two years in advance.

WEDDING CARS: As a general rule, if you are getting married on a Saturday, you need to book your wedding cars at least 6 months to a whole year in advance to avoid disappointment.

SCHOOL FORMALS: If you are booking School Formal transport you will need to book your cars as soon as a date is set for your formal. We usually book out within 3-4 DAYS of a school formal date being announced. Please note that we will only confirm a booking with a paid deposit.

BOOKINGS FOR WEEKDAY WEDDINGS, TOURS, AND OTHER SERVICES: Usually can be booked with only a weeks notice, but there is still no guarantee. The more notice, the better your chances.

Please note that when you hire our services we endeavour to make your experience a memorable one. We do however, in a nutshell, ask that you:

♦Confirm your booking with a deposit of $100

♦Not alter your booked date and times, once confirmed, unless it will not impact on another booking.

♦Pay for your booking in full at least 4 weeks prior (WEDDINGS) and 2 days prior for all other services.

♦As the hirer named on the invoice, are responsible for any damages or undue cleaning in the vehicles caused by your invited passengers.(eg, excessive soiling of carpets or leather, damage to window tinting due to jewellery.)

♦Do not smoke inside, or within 4 metres of, the vehicles

♦Ask your chauffeur if you have any questions at all.
